Alec Choury

Alec Choury is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Denver office and a member of the firm's Corporate Services Practice. Mr. Choury focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Choury gained experience in general corporate and M&A matters through work as a summer associate with the firm's Corporate, M&A and Securities Practice Group.

While in law school, Mr. Choury served as a staff editor for the Sports and Entertainment Law Journal, working closely with authors in the publication process. Additionally, Mr. Choury exhibits a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in the legal field, which he gained through participation in the University of Denver's inaugural Ascent Program for Diversity, and he continues to serve as a mentor in the program.
