Overview

Meredith P. Clarke is an Orlando corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Corporate, M&A and Securities Practice Group. Ms. Clarke represents public and private companies in a wide range of business law and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate governance and strategic growth initiatives.

Public companies and boards of directors rely on Ms. Clarke to advise them on disclosure, governance and compliance requirements arising from federal securities laws. Specifically, she advises them with respect to U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting, financial reporting and proxy statements.
