Overview

Jennifer M. Coleman is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Washington, D.C., office and a member of the Private Wealth Services Practice Group. Ms. Coleman's practice includes the representation of national nonprofit organizations that are named as beneficiaries in estates and trusts in the receipt and recovery of matured bequests.

In addition to her legal career, Ms. Coleman also serves as a lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve Judge Advocate General's Corps (JAG).

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Coleman worked as an attorney for the IRS in the estate and gift field enforcement division, where she examined numerous estate, gift and fiduciary income tax returns.

Not admitted to District of Columbia Bar; admitted to Florida, Georgia and Missouri Bars only and practicing under supervision of lawyers licensed to practice in the District of Columbia.
