Matthew Cooley

Matthew Cooley is an attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office and a member of the Asset Finance Group. Mr. Cooley focuses his practice on secured loans and other financings in the maritime industry.

Mr. Cooley has extensive experience in various corporate, maritime and aircraft cross-border financial transactions. With nearly three decades of experience, his work has included managing, negotiating and preparing documentation for a variety of international financing transactions, including syndicated loan facilities, sale and leaseback arrangements, leveraged leasing structures, and various vessel acquisition, disposition and chartering arrangements.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Cooley was an attorney at a leading New York law firm.
