Vincent Cordo

Vincent Cordo is an accomplished chief client relations and opportunities executive with more than 20 years of experience in strategic business development and operational improvement.

Mr. Cordo primarily oversees HK Deal Flow℠ – a deal-sourcing and matchmaking platform that identifies deal opportunities from an extensive network of attorneys and other deal intermediaries and strategically matches these leads with Holland & Knight's private equity, family office and debt finance clients seeking opportunities. HK Deal Flow℠ includes more than 900 capital sources such as private equity firms, growth equity funds, family offices, banks and other lenders. Both clients and prospective clients can take advantage of deal introductions, and no finder's fees or similar transaction success fees are charged to program participants. Furthermore, Mr. Cordo connects clients with centers of influence and facilitates introductions within Holland & Knight's network to understand their investment focuses and foster new and valuable relationships.

Mr. Cordo also manages a global client support team behind HK Deal Flow℠ that focuses on business development to scale operations and optimize the deal-sourcing process. The team supports Holland & Knight's attorneys by actively managing referral partnerships, nurturing existing client relationships and assisting with cross-selling internally to other practices and offices, particularly strengthening the Firm's presence in the private equity and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) sectors. These interactions not only enhance value by providing more deal opportunities for clients but also demonstrate Holland & Knight's commitment to innovative deal sourcing.

In the community, Mr. Cordo serves on several boards, has received multiple industry awards for his contributions to business development and has authored multiple books.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Cordo was the head of new energies integration and compliance at a United Kingdom-based multinational oil and gas company, where he led legal strategies and initiatives that earned the company the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Value Champion Award.
