Overview

Paul Corley focuses his practice on mergers, acquisitions, and financings involving banks, thrifts, trust companies, finance companies, insurance companies, and other financial institutions; banking, insurance, and trust product structuring and financing; financial institution regulation, compliance, and enforcement; and charter, licensing, merger, conversion, and expansion applications. His experience includes assisting international entities, particularly banking organizations and insurance companies, with their U.S. operations.

He has experience in representation of financial institutions before federal and state regulatory agencies, including the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Texas Department of Banking, Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending, and Texas Department of Insurance.
