Wade Cornelius

Wade Cornelius is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Birmingham office. Mr. Cornelius advises institutional lenders, regional and national banks, community banks, credit unions, investment firms and other financial institutions on a wide range of commercial loan transactions.

Mr. Cornelius has experience handling syndications and large-scale, multistate portfolio loans, mezzanine financing, participations, construction loans, real property acquisitions and asset-based loans, as well as healthcare and technology industry financing, refinancing and restructuring.

In addition, Mr. Cornelius regularly represents both landlords and tenants in connection with the leasing of all property types, including industrial, retail, restaurant and office.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Cornelius was an attorney at a full-service law firm.
