Connor A. Cruz

Connor Cruz is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office. Mr. Cruz focuses his practice on corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Cruz was a summer associate in the firm's New York office, where he gained experience in a broad range of corporate transactions.

While in law school, Mr. Cruz served as the managing editor of the Hofstra Law Review. He also was a Business Law Honors Fellow and staff member of the Hofstra Law Moot Court Board.
