Alex Eblen

Alex Eblen is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Charlotte office. Mr. Eblen focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Eblen was an attorney at a law firm in Charlotte.

While in law school, Mr. Eblen served as a student attorney for the Social Enterprise and Nonprofit Law Clinic and interned for the Honorable Curtis L. Collier of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Eblen served as a staff member on the U.S. Senate Committee on Foreign Relations.
