Elsa O. Eriksen

Elsa Eriksen is a real estate finance attorney based in Holland & Knight's Charlotte office. Ms. Eriksen focuses her practice on the representation of banks and other lending institutions in connection with a variety of commercial real estate finance transactions.

Ms. Eriksen is well versed in advising clients regarding the origination and securitization of commercial mortgage loans secured by industrial, retail, office, hospitality and multifamily properties nationwide. She also has experience representing lenders in the origination and maintenance of residential, commercial and agency multifamily mortgage loan warehousing facilities.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Eriksen worked as an associate for a national corporate law firm.
