Brittney Christina Falcon

Brittney Falcon is an attorney in Holland & Knight's West Palm Beach office and a member of the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice. Ms. Falcon focuses her practice on civil and commercial litigation matters.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Falcon was a summer associate in the firm's West Palm Beach office, where she gained experience assisting on civil and commercial litigation matters.

While in law school, Ms. Falcon was a Fellow in the Investor Rights Clinic, where she led a team of interns in the representation of underserved investors in securities arbitration claims before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

Prior to her legal career, Ms. Falcon was an information technology (IT) external auditor at a Big Four accounting firm in New York City, where she served several clients in the life, property and casualty, and specialty insurance and reinsurance spaces. She also worked as an IT internal auditor for one of the world's largest retailers.
