Lucas Fernandez

Lucas I. Fernandez is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office and a member of the Corporate Services Team. Mr. Fernandez focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and other general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Fernandez was a summer associate in the Miami office, where he worked with a wide range of business attorneys across several practice groups.

While in law school, Mr. Fernandez served as a staff member of the North Carolina Journal of International Law. He also gained experience working in-house as a legal extern for a prominent food and beverage company.
