Jason A. Fitzgerald

Jason Fitzgerald is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office, where he focuses on litigation and dispute resolution matters, as well as white collar criminal defense and internal investigations.

Mr. Fitzgerald has extensive experience representing and advising prominent individuals in both personal and complex business disputes in state and federal courts, spanning a wide range of legal issues. His commercial litigation practice has an emphasis on securities litigation actions and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) enforcement matters.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Fitzgerald served as a law clerk for the Honorable Mark T. Pittman of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Before his federal clerkship, Mr. Fitzgerald worked as an associate in the New York office of a boutique trial law firm.

While in law school, Mr. Fitzgerald served as a law clerk in the Organized Crime Unit for the Maryland Attorney General's Office, where he assisted in investigating and prosecuting crimes relating to violence, gang participation and drug trafficking.
