Overview

Matthew J. Forcino is a corporate services attorney in Holland & Knight's Stamford office. Mr. Forcino represents public and private companies, as well as private equity funds and their portfolio companies, in mergers, acquisitions and other commercial transactions. Mr. Forcino also represents clients in a variety of corporate governance and general corporate matters.  

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Forcino was a summer associate in the firm's Stamford office. He also worked as a legal, contracts and compliance intern at a subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company, as well as a congressional intern in the district office of a U.S. representative.

While in law school, Mr. Forcino served as the chief administrative officer of the Connecticut Journal of International Law and was a member of the Connecticut Moot Court Board and the Negotiation and Dispute Resolution Society. He also served as a court-appointed animal advocate as part of the school's Animal Law Clinic.
