Erica Franco

Erica Lee Franco is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's West Palm Beach office and a member of the Miami Real Estate Practice Group. Ms. Franco represents developers, sponsors, investors, operators and lenders on a broad range of complex commercial real estate transactions across a variety of asset classes. Her practice includes acquisitions and dispositions, all types of real estate-based financings, joint ventures and commercial leasing, as well as construction and development projects.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Franco was a real estate attorney at a New York City law firm and served as vice president and deputy general counsel for a renowned real estate development company, where she advised on a wide range of legal and business matters involving acquisitions, development, financing, leasing and asset management.
