Ngozi Giwa

Ngozi Giwa is a financial services attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office. Ms. Giwa focuses her practice on representing financial institutions, including business entities and private capital funds, in a wide range of complex financing matters in connection with lending and investment transactions.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Giwa clerked for the Honorable Ketanji Brown Jackson, now a justice on the U.S. Supreme Court, and the Honorable Robert L. Wilkins, both of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, and the Honorable Robin S. Rosenbaum of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Prior to her clerkships, Ms. Giwa was an attorney at a national law firm in its Chicago office, where she focused primarily on representing lenders and borrowers in commercial and corporate finance transactions.

While in law school, Ms. Giwa served as managing editor of the Chicago Journal of International Law.
