Samson Goriola

Samson Goriola is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office. Mr. Goriola focuses his practice on securities transactions and general corporate matters.

Samson's recent representative experience includes:

• Represented a privately owned real estate technology company in the acquisition of an innovative sales platform, which will serve as an independent sales division of parent company post-closing

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Goriola was a summer associate in the firm's Dallas office. In this role, he gained experience assisting on a variety of corporate matters, including securities offerings and corporate governance.

While in law school, Mr. Goriola served on the editorial board of the Duke Law Journal, was chief of staff for the Black Law Students Association (BLSA), and was a vice president for the Business Law Society (BLS).
