Charles E. Graham III

Charles E. Graham III is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Chicago office and a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice.

Before joining Holland & Knight as an attorney, Mr. Graham was a summer associate in the Chicago office, where he gained experience in complex commercial litigation, international litigation, professional responsibility and shareholder disputes.

While in law school, Mr. Graham served as president of the mock trial organization, sat on the executive board for the 1L Oral Advocacy Competition and was a member of the Black Law Students Association.

As an undergraduate, Mr. Graham was named National Champion of the 2020 American Moot Court Nationals and ranked as the No. 3 orator in the country. He currently assists in coaching the University of Michigan's undergraduate moot court team and Loyola University Chicago's undergraduate mock trial team.
