Charles Graham III: One thing that I've really experienced and loved at Holland & Knight is the mentorship that I've received.
Katie Pine: They put effort and time and money into making us, you know, better people, better associates, better professionals.
Madison Houghton: It's a very tight-knit community. It's a very supportive community.
Diego Troncoso Breton: They are invested in your life, and they're invested in your growth. And not every place is like that.
Katie Pine: I think they do a really good job of making such a big firm feel smaller. The way they connect people with this new associate training program, they've brought people from all across the country to get together and meet each other, and already I feel more familiar and more comfortable in this huge company.
Madison Houghton: Everyone's really friendly and, like, wants to reach out, wants to connect, wants to talk about like what they can help you with, how you can help them in the future. I think it's just, it's really fun. It's been great.
Diego Troncoso Breton: We all get to help each other, and we all get to work on these things together.
