Katharine Griffiths is a private wealth services attorney in Holland & Knight's Tampa office. Ms. Griffiths focuses on complex estate planning, trust administration and probate matters.

Ms. Griffiths also regularly provides pro bono representation to clients in need. Among other pro bono matters, Ms. Griffiths has assisted new charitable organizations obtain their 501(c)(3) status, and helped families with guardianship and incapacity matters.

While in law school, Ms. Griffiths was elected as the executive research editor of the Florida Law Review. Additionally, she served as a research assistant for a trusts and estates professor and a teaching assistant for legal writing and appellate advocacy. She graduated in the top 1 percent of her class. After law school, Ms. Griffiths participated in the Graduate Tax Scholars program and earned an LL.M. with a certificate in estate planning from Georgetown University Law Center.
