Ms. Hamm supports clients in the manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, science and technology sectors with their employment-based (EB) immigration needs, assisting with nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, compliance matters and workforce planning.

Ms. Hamm's experience includes assisting clients with J-1 waivers for physicians subject to the foreign residence requirement, H-1B visas for specialty occupation professionals, O-1 visas for individuals of extraordinary ability, E-1/E-2 treaty trader and investor visas, EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) petitions, EB-1 immigrant petitions, Program Electronic Review Management (PERM) labor certification, TN visas under the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA), marriage and employment-based adjustment of status applications, as well as naturalization applications.
While in law school, Ms. Hamm supported Holland & Knight's immigration practice as a paralegal. Previously, she gained invaluable experience in family-based immigration law as a paralegal at a regional nonprofit organization, where she supported attorneys in delivering free legal services to low-income immigrants and refugees, guiding them through complex legal matters involving residency, citizenship and humanitarian relief.
