Ms. Hamm supports clients in the manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, science and technology sectors with their employment-based (EB) immigration needs, assisting with nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, compliance matters and workforce planning.

Ms. Hamm is dedicated to delivering tailored immigration counsel that aligns with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Her background in both employment-based and family-based immigration matters enables her to offer comprehensive guidance to clients facing a wide spectrum of immigration challenges. Ms. Hamm's experience includes assisting clients with J-1 waivers for physicians subject to the foreign residence requirement, H-1B visas for specialty occupation professionals, O-1 visas for individuals of extraordinary ability, E-1/E-2 treaty trader and investor visas, EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) petitions, EB-1 immigrant petitions, Program Electronic Review Management (PERM) labor certification, TN visas under the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA), marriage and employment-based adjustment of status applications, as well as naturalization applications.

While in law school, Ms. Hamm supported Holland & Knight's immigration practice as a paralegal. Previously, she gained invaluable experience in family-based immigration law as a paralegal at a regional nonprofit organization, where she supported attorneys in delivering free legal services to low-income immigrants and refugees, guiding them through complex legal matters involving residency, citizenship and humanitarian relief.
