Overview
Anne Marie Hankins is a Jacksonville attorney and a member of Holland & Knight's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice. Ms. Hankins focuses her practice on a variety of commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts, locally and nationally.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Hankins served as a law clerk to the Honorable Patricia Barksdale of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida in the Jacksonville Division. In this role, she assisted with various civil cases involving matters of federal and state law.
While in law school, Ms. Hankins served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Amanda Arnold Sansone of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida in the Tampa Division. She also served as a senior associate for the Stetson Law Review and as president of Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society. In addition, Ms. Hankins served as a constitutional law and employment discrimination teaching assistant and legal extern for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
Before law school, Ms. Hankins served as a Teach for America Corps member in Jacksonville.
