Emily Hendricks

Emily M. Hendricks is a real estate finance attorney in Holland & Knight's New York and Boston offices. Ms. Hendricks advises clients in structuring their U.S. real estate investments, with an emphasis in commercial financing transactions.

Ms. Hendricks assists clients with bridge, mezzanine, development and construction loan originations, while also facilitating clients' repurchase agreement (repo) financing and collateralized loan obligation (CLO) issuance. She handles the structuring of joint venture and preferred equity transactions and has originated more than $1.5 billion in land banking facilities for residential development in partnership with public homebuilders. Ms. Hendricks also negotiates agreements involving the acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial real estate.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Hendricks was a real estate finance attorney at a national law firm in its Minneapolis office.
