Daniela Hernández is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Bogotá office. She focuses her practice in the areas of environment, mining and energy law.

Ms. Hernández's background includes sustainable development practices, technical regulations and environmental policy. She also has experience in administrative and environmental law, as well as in public utilities and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Hernández worked in the area of administrative law. She also gained experience in environmental law, advising companies on how new laws and regulations may impact their operations and supporting research initiatives and academic activities related to environmental policy and sustainable development. Her combined experience in administrative litigation and environmental law provides her with a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory landscape and the ability to assist clients in navigating complex compliance requirements.
