Overview

Victoria Heuston is a private wealth services attorney in Holland & Knight's Tampa office. Ms. Heuston focuses her practice on fiduciary dispute resolution, as well as advising institutional and individual fiduciaries and beneficiaries on complex trust and estate administrations.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight in her current role, Ms. Heuston was a summer associate in the firm's Tampa office.

Ms. Heuston graduated first in her law school class. While in law school, she served as a staff editor for the Florida State University Law Review and Journal of Land Use and Environmental Law, as well as assisted Professor Rima Nathan as a research assistant. Ms. Heuston was also president of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Society and interned with the Claude Pepper Elder Law Clinic. Ms. Heuston also externed at the Florida Fifth District Court of Appeal with the Honorable John M. Harris and was a Florida Supreme Court Fellow for the Honorable Jorge Labarga.

Before attending law school, Ms. Heuston gained experience in trusts and estates while working at another law firm.
