Connor J. Holding

Connor Holding is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Fort Lauderdale office. Mr. Holding concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial real estate leasing and lending transactions. Mr. Holding has experience in complex lease drafting and negotiation in connection with retail, office and industrial sites, as well as involvement in the preparation of related agreements (including subordination agreements, amendments, licenses, modifications, terminations, and releases and waivers).

Mr. Holding also has significant experience in representing lenders in the closing and negotiations of large complex commercial financing transactions secured by real estate and other types of collateral. These include multibank syndicated transactions and portfolio loans, acquisition loans, construction loans and permanent financing, including multifamily residential, retail, office and industrial projects, as well as multistate mortgage financing transactions.
