Overview

Brett Holland is a Miami finance and real estate attorney who focuses his practice on complex commercial real estate transactions and institutional finance.

Mr. Holland has extensive experience representing various financial institutions involved in commercial lending transactions, including community banks, global money center banks, investment funds and life insurance companies. Mr. Holland is well-versed in a variety of commercial lending and restructuring transactions, including real estate financing and asset-based lending, such as receivable, inventory, equipment and working capital facilities. He has substantial experience representing both lead lenders and participant lenders in participations, syndicated transactions and other co-lending arrangements.

Mr. Holland also represents a variety of clients, from private investors to family offices to investments funds, in the sales, acquisitions, financing, sale-leasebacks, ground leases, building and space leases, as well as like-kind exchanges of real property and related personal property, encompassing a broad range of asset classes and transaction structures.
