Overview

Brett Holland is a finance and real estate attorney in Holland & Knight’s Miami office.

Mr. Holland has extensive experience representing various financial institutions in commercial lending transactions, including banking institutions of all sizes, as well as private credit lenders, investment funds and life insurance companies.

Mr. Holland is well versed in a variety of commercial lending and restructuring transactions, including real estate financing, mortgage warehousing, note-on-note financing, repo facilities and other asset-based financing such as receivable, inventory, equipment and working capital facilities. He regularly leads complex syndicated loan transactions and has substantial experience representing lead lenders and participant lenders in participations, syndicated transactions and other co-lending arrangements. Mr. Holland has also represented construction lenders within and outside of Florida in various condominium and mixed-use developments totaling several billion dollars.

Additionally, Mr. Holland represents a variety of clients, including private investors, family offices and investments funds, in the sale, acquisition and financing of real property, encompassing a broad range of asset classes and transaction structures.
