Overview

Brett Holland is a Miami real estate attorney who focuses his practice on complex commercial real estate transactions and institutional finance, as well as the leasing, acquisition and sale of commercial real estate assets.

Mr. Holland has extensive experience representing various financial institutions involved in commercial lending transactions, including community banks, global money center banks and life insurance companies. Mr. Holland is well-versed in a variety of commercial lending and restructuring transactions, including construction and permanent financing for office buildings, shopping centers, industrial parks and multifamily and mixed-use developments, as well as hotels and condominium projects. His finance practice also includes asset-based lending, such as receivable, inventory, equipment and working capital facilities.

Mr. Holland also represents a variety of clients, from private investors to family offices to investments funds, in the sales, acquisitions, sale-leasebacks, ground leases, building and space leases, as well as like-kind exchanges of real property and related personal property, encompassing a broad range of asset classes and transaction structures.
