Sydney Houseman

Sydney Houseman is a legislative assistant in Holland & Knight's Denver office and a member of the State and Local Policy and Regulation Practice. Ms. Houseman primarily assists in legislative matters involving both the public and private sector, municipalities and nonprofit organizations.

Ms. Houseman brings substantial knowledge of state governmental affairs through prior experience in the public sector, working with Colorado's executive branch, state agencies and staff.

In addition, Ms. Houseman has extensive experience in administrative coordination, event planning and project management. She has a strong understanding of government operations, as well as policies and procedures across the state and federal government.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Houseman worked in the office of Colorado Gov. Jared Polis, assisting both him and First Gentleman Marlon Reis with administrative tasks, special projects, events and day-to-day operations.
