Quincy Jallah

Quincy Jallah is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Charlotte office. Mr. Jallah's practice focuses on the representation of commercial mortgage-backed security (CMBS) and other fixed-income lenders with respect to the financing, acquisition and leasing of commercial properties nationwide.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Jallah worked as a structured finance attorney at a law firm in Charlotte, where he focused on secured commercial lending facilities (both syndicated and bilateral) and collateralized loan obligations (CLOs).

Prior to law school, Mr. Jallah served in the U.S. Army as an infantry paratrooper.
