Overview

Craig Johnson is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Jacksonville office and a member of the Corporate, M&A and Securities Section. Mr. Johnson's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), public companies and securities, capital markets, private equity, venture capital and corporate governance matters.

Mr. Johnson's experience includes advising public companies in connection with public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions across a variety of industries, venture capital financings, as well as other corporate transactions.

Mr. Johnson also has experience counseling New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and Nasdaq Stock Market-listed public companies on U.S. Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) periodic reporting and proxy statement disclosure, executive compensation matters and corporate governance matters.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Johnson is active in his community and currently serves as a member of the Make-A-Wish Central and Northern Florida's Wishmaker's Ball Committee and as an associate board member of the Jacksonville Bar Young Lawyers Section.
