Kathryn Keating

Kathryn Keating is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office. Ms. Keating focuses her practice on a variety of litigation and dispute resolution matters, including appeals.

She is experienced in federal courts, appellate briefing and advocacy, and complex litigation.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Keating completed a clerkship with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Previously, she was a summer associate in Holland & Knight's Dallas office.

While in law school, Ms. Keating completed two judicial internships with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas and a judicial internship with the Supreme Court of Texas. She also served as the editor-in-chief of the Texas A&M Law Review and participated on the Moot Court Appellate Advocacy team.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Keating gained several years of experience in the nonprofit sector, serving as a caseworker at an adoption and foster care agency.
