Overview

Samantha Nicole B. Ladines is an attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office and a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice. Ms. Ladines focuses her practice on a broad range of litigation and dispute resolution matters across multiple industries.

Ms. Ladines represents clients in complex product liability cases, including the defense of toxic tort claims involving alleged inhalant exposure to contaminants such as asbestos.

In addition, Ms. Ladines has an active aviation practice, representing airline clients in various litigation matters.

Prior to practicing as an attorney, Ms. Ladines was an immigration paralegal and a practice assistant for various practice groups at Holland & Knight.

While in law school, Ms. Ladines participated in the New York State Pro Bono Scholars Program, where she provided pro bono service during her last year of law school. She also served as an acquisitions editor for the Pace University Environmental Law Review.
