Glenn LaForce

Glenn LaForce is the Chief Knowledge & Innovation Officer of Holland & Knight. Mr. LaForce is responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of firmwide data and knowledge management strategies, and contributing to the firm's innovation initiatives.

Mr. LaForce brings more than two decades of experience in the global legal industry and has consulted with the majority of the Global 100 law firms.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. LaForce was the chief knowledge officer at a multinational law firm. His previous roles also include vice president of knowledge management at a company providing content driven intranets and enterprise search to law firms, chief strategy officer of a software company offering data solutions around knowledge management, and as a primary relationship lead at a global data and analytics company.

In addition to his professional work, Mr. LaForce is a frequent speaker and author in the legal industry.
