Sophia Lee is a data strategy and privacy attorney in Holland & Knight's Boston office. Ms. Lee focuses on complex privacy issues, data protection and counseling matters.

Ms. Lee advises a range of clients across industries such as healthcare and technology in complying with international and U.S. federal and state privacy regulations, including issues related to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), European Union's (EU) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), United Kingdom's GDPR and other current and emerging frameworks.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Lee was an attorney at a global law firm in its Boston office, where she advised clients on transactional matters and corporate governance. During this time, she also completed a client secondment with a top private equity firm.
