Morgan Lewis

Morgan Lewis is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Orlando office. She focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate governance and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Morgan served as an intern for the Honorable Mary S. Scriven, the Honorable Caryl E. Delano and the Honorable Sean P. Flynn in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division.

In law school, Morgan graduated second in her class and served as managing editor of the Stetson Law Review. She also worked as a law clerk at the Veterans Advocacy Clinic and served as a research assistant and teaching assistant.
