Maggie MacDonald

Maggie MacDonald is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Philadelphia office and a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice. Ms. MacDonald focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. MacDonald represented clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters, with a particular focus on healthcare professional liability, appellate proceedings and commercial disputes. She also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Nitza I. Quiñones Alejandro of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

While in law school, Ms. MacDonald served on the Moot Court Board. She remains active in the legal community through leadership roles with the Philadelphia Bar Association and Villanova Law Young Alumni Board.
