María Mónica Machado

María Mónica Machado is a tax attorney in Holland & Knight's Bogotá office. Ms. Machado focuses her practice on tax matters for national and international clients, as well as foreign exchange and customs law.

Ms. Machado advises companies on tax-related matters before national and local tax authorities. She also serves as a trusted adviser on corporate structures from a tax perspective, with particular emphasis on business reorganizations and cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Machado worked at a boutique tax law firm and an international law firm, as well as at a multinational commodities company.
