Molly M. McCue

Molly McCue is a financial services attorney in Holland & Knight's Nashville office. Ms. McCue represents lenders and borrowers in commercial finance transactions, including acquisition financing, asset-based lending and real estate lending.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. McCue was a corporate attorney in the Nashville office of a Southeastern law firm, where she counseled clients on a variety of transactional issues and general business matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), complex real estate development projects and restructuring transactions.

While in law school, Ms. McCue served as the executive article selection editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law. She also was involved in several student organizations and served as a pro bono volunteer for the Tennessee Alliance for Legal Services, Tennessee Justice for Our Neighbors and Organize Tennessee.
