Madison M. McNamara

Madison M. McNamara is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Boston office and a member of the firm's Healthcare & Life Sciences Team. Ms. McNamara focuses her practice on healthcare regulatory issues and transactional matters.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. McNamara was a summer associate and law clerk in the firm's Boston office. While in law school, she was an active member of the Transnational Law Review and participated in the Honorable Walter H. McLaughlin Appellate Advocacy Competition, honing her advocacy skills.

Additionally, Ms. McNamara worked as a law clerk and summer associate at another Boston law firm, where she focused on state and federal regulatory compliance as well as the formation and acquisition of medical and dental practices.

Prior to law school, Ms. McNamara served as a paralegal supporting the healthcare team at a Boston law firm, where she conducted research on various healthcare and corporate issues, particularly surrounding policies related to COVID-19 in Massachusetts.
