Overview
Melissa Mehall is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office. Ms. Mehall focuses her practice in the areas of real estate investment, development and finance, with an emphasis on commercial leasing.
Ms. Mehall has particular experience negotiating large commercial leases, as well as acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties.
In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Mehall is active in many charitable organizations through time and financial commitments.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Mehall worked in commercial real estate and corporate law for a large international law firm, where she represented various clients nationwide on all items relating to real estate transactions, including lending, leasing, acquisition and disposition.
