Joseph Menniti

Joseph Menniti is a commercial litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Fort Lauderdale office. Mr. Menniti focuses his practice on insurance litigation and coverage disputes in state and federal courts, as well as real property litigation.

Prior to finishing law school, where he graduated first in his class, Mr. Menniti spent several years as a real estate sales associate. While in law school, Mr. Menniti continued his real estate work and was a member of the NSU Nova Trial Association (NTA) and NSU Law Honors Program.

Mr. Menniti also worked as a law clerk at the Fort Lauderdale office of a personal injury law firm, was a judicial intern in the Seventeenth Judicial Court of Florida and has served as a teaching and research assistant to several professors.
