Nicholas R. Miller

Nicholas Miller is a financial services attorney in Holland & Knight's Nashville office who assists borrowers and lenders with complex commercial finance transactions. Previously, Mr. Miller gained extensive bankruptcy law experience serving for two years as law clerk to the Honorable Michael M. Parker, Bankruptcy Judge, and the Honorable Ronald B. King, Chief Bankruptcy Judge, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Western District of Texas. Earlier in his career he gained experience as a litigation associate in the San Francisco office of Kirkland and Ellis.
