Nicholas R. Miller

Nicholas Miller is a bankruptcy and restructuring attorney in Holland & Knight's Austin office whose practice spans bankruptcy-related matters and general commercial litigation in state and federal courts.

Previously, Mr. Miller gained extensive bankruptcy law experience serving for two years as a law clerk for the Honorable Michael M. Parker and the Honorable Ronald B. King of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas. Earlier in his career, Mr. Miller gained experience as a litigation associate in the San Francisco office of an international law firm.
