The Austin office centers on the electric power industry, that in turn powers the local, state and federal economies. Specifically, our attorneys represent rural electric cooperatives in regulatory matters; transmission line siting and certification; corporate and transactional matters, including real estate; commercial contract negotiations; electrical service contracts; and construction and development agreements for electric energy facilities. The firm regularly appears before the Public Utility Commission of Texas and the Texas legislature on a range of legal and policy matters.
