Overview

Kate Minnich is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office, where she focuses her practice on counseling clients in taxation matters. Ms. Minnich advises and assists nonprofit leaders on a broad array of issues, including taxation, governance, and corporate structure. Additionally, she has significant experience in obtaining and maintaining exemptions for nonprofit organizations for federal and state taxes.

Ms. Minnich also represents taxpayers in IRS audits, appeals and tax litigation. In addition, she is experienced in corporate and partnership tax law. Ms. Minnich advises clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), the operation and disposition of partnerships and limited liability companies (LLP), and private equity transactions.
