Sam Murphy is a commercial real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office with a nationwide reach. Mr. Murphy is known for guiding clients through the most complex real estate and finance challenges.

  • Represented a lender in the negotiation and implementation of a major modification involving a change to a borrower's equity structure on a loan exceeding $500 million, secured by a portfolio of properties
  • Represented borrowers and lenders in the modifications and restructuring of loans involving Texas Housing Finance Corp. tax-exempt structures before and after the 2025 Texas legislative session
  • Successfully restored title to a former professional athlete whose deed had been stolen by fraud
