Overview
Lauren Neville is a financial services attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office who advises clients on a broad range of lending and investment transactions, including asset-based lending, cash-flow lending, acquisition financing and senior debt financing. Ms. Neville also has substantial experience advising lenders and sponsors in project debt finance transactions for renewable energy projects, including solar photovoltaic, wind, battery energy storage systems and renewable natural gas initiatives.
During law school, Ms. Neville was active in the Law Student Association and interned at the U.S. Attorney's Office.
Prior to law school, Ms. Neville worked in the financial services industry, where she advised clients regarding investment strategies.
