Valentina Ortega Erazo

Valentina Ortega is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Bogotá office, where she focuses her practice on commercial law, corporate matters, contracts and insolvency law.

Ms. Ortega has extensive experience advising national and international clients on corporate and bankruptcy matters, with particular emphasis on drafting and reviewing contracts, corporate law, day-to-day legal advisory and insolvency proceedings before the Superintendency of Corporations of Colombia (Supersociedades).

Prior to joining Holland & Knight Ms. Ortega worked as an attorney for Supersociedades, where she handled various insolvency cases as a member of a judge's team.
