Avery Ozimek

Avery Ozimek is an attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office, where she concentrates her practice on employee benefits and executive compensation matters.

Ms. Ozimek counsels public and privately held companies, institutional investors and senior executives on a comprehensive range of compensation and benefits issues, including:

• corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and financing arrangements
• employee benefit plan design, administration and regulatory compliance
• incentive compensation structuring and implementation
• employment, severance and change-in-control arrangements

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Ozimek was an associate at a global law firm in New York.
