William W. Pacwa

William W. Pacwa is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Nashville office, where his practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Mr. Pacwa is experienced in thoughtfully reviewing and revising key documents.

While in law school, Mr. Pacwa gained a sharp eye for detail while serving as associate editor-in-chief of the South Carolina Law Review. In the community, Mr. Pacwa enjoys helping others through volunteer work.
