William W. Pacwa

William W. Pacwa is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Nashville office, where his practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in private equity, as well as advising public companies on compliance with federal and state securities laws.

Mr. Pacwa is a first lieutenant in the U.S. Army Reserve Judge Advocate General's Corps (JAG), where he provides counsel in a variety of legal disciplines. In the community, Mr. Pacwa enjoys helping others through volunteer work.

While in law school, Mr. Pacwa served as associate editor-in-chief of the South Carolina Law Review and as a law clerk for the Department of Justice Journal of Federal Law and Practice.
