Ashlen Payton

Ashlen S. Payton is a healthcare regulatory attorney in Holland & Knight's Nashville office. As a member of the Healthcare Team, Ms. Payton advises clients on internal investigations, False Claims Act (FCA) issues and government enforcement actions.

While in law school, Ms. Payton interned for the Honorable Curtis L. Collier in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee, assisted veterans and their families through the Veterans Legal Clinic, and represented indigent clients as an intern with the Western Circuit Public Defender's Office in Clarke County, Georgia.
